Return Policy

If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase you may return it for a refund.  We will refund the amount of your purchase (which includes the shipping cost of your order).  You will, however, are responsible for the cost of return post and packaging. Returns must be received within 10 working days of delivery. 
Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds and returns are not available on sale items.  

Refunds will be made via the same method you made your payment for the order.  

Lost and Damaged Orders

All parcels are packaged to minimise the risk of loss or damage. However, if you receive a damaged parcel please contact us immediately at audsleysarahdesigns@gmail.com so we can discuss your options. All parcels are covered for damage and loss during transit, however once delivered we cannot take responsibility for loss or damage.
