Tailor's Ham
Tailor's ham or dressmaker's ham are tightly stuffed pillows used as a curved mould when pressing curved areas of clothing, such as darts, sleeves, cuffs, collars, or waistlines. By pressing on the garment curve, the stitches can bind to the fabric in the intended form.
This tailor’s ham has cotton fabric on both side suitable for everyday sewing. For delicate pressing, a wool sided ham is recommended.
