Teen Sewing - Sew Your Own - Ages 12 - 17 years
Time: 15 hours over 10 classes (90 minutes each)
Location: Audsley Sarah Designs Workroom, Somerfield, Christchurch
Course dates: 5:00pm - 6:30pm Thursday
Class Limit: 4
Cost: $310
Sew your own is a place where you can sew your own project in a supervised and supportive environment. This class teaches new techniques (when required), strategies to problem solve, fitting guidance and a space to create at your own pace.
Machines, basic sewing tools, interfacing and calico (for muslins/toiles/fitting) are provided.
Students are required to supply their own fabric, thread and pattern (if needed).
Class sizes are limited to four students allowing for one on one support and student specific tailored teaching.
Audsley Sarah Designs is proudly a zero waste studio, all fabric scraps and thread are re-purposed and given a new life.
